Звоните в ITF без раздумий и не важно где вы стоите!!! Вас возьмут на карандаш и при заходе в порт где смогут помочь к вам сразу же прибудет работник ITF, иногда в сопровождении PSC и тогда судовладельцам жопа!!! У меня такое было: платили "чёрную" зарплату, т.е. Половину, а по отчётности типа всю!!! Стали в Европе и покатилась: арест судна и груза, 2 месяца у причала пока не выплатили всем полную зарплату и по ставкам ITF, ну а потом всех довольных домой!! Так что нечего бояться - хуже чем работать без зарплаты уже не будет! Смело в бой!!!
